The therapeutic experience is a unique space that helps you heal painful wounds, interact with unhealthy patterns of relationships in an effort to create more fulfilling ones, improve communication, and open yourself to new and better experiences and relationships.

Through our time together I hope you will gain more freedom to discover yourself and live into who you are, strength to set boundaries, deeper enjoyment of intimate relationships, and greater courage to take risks and be creative.

I currently work with couples and adult individuals, particularly around attachment issues, intimacy struggles, identity development, sexual trauma/shame, grief, and more. I have extensive experience working with men’s issues, executives and entrepreneurs, and LGBTQ+ populations and consider it an honor to walk alongside of you wherever you are in your process.

I work from a psychodynamic and attachment-based perspective, believing that healing occurs most powerfully in a relational context. Our therapeutic relationship allows us to explore and address your relationship with yourself and others. Additionally, I draw from Acceptance Committment Therapy, Gottman, DBT, narrative-focused, family systems, and the latest neuroscience research.
