Fees
Our therapists’ fees are dependent upon experience and range from $160-$210 for individual therapy and $170-$250 for couples therapy. You can find each therapist's fee on their individual bio page.
Insurance
We do not take insurance. We offer the option of superbills, which is a receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You will need to check if you have out-of-network mental health benefits through your insurance. Some helpful questions to ask your insurance company:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible for out-of-network coverage? Has it been met?
What percentage of each session will I receive as reimbursement? (You might need to specify the CPT code 90837 for a 53-minute psychotherapy session).
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
If you would like to receive superbills, please let us know.
Payment is due in full on the day of your session. Your credit card information will be securely stored for automatic processing.
We charge a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your session if you cancel less than 48 hours before your session.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
